  • When do you work?

We work 6 days a week, generally we work from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday but we have flexible time of working. If need we can work out of standard working hours.

  • Does House and Ofiice Clearance Ltd have licence and insurance?

Yes, as professional business we have licence and insurance and we hold a public liability insurance policy.
On customers orders we show all neccesary documents.

  • How much does your service cost?

Our service is depended on the client’s needs and the work required. We are very flexible in our pricing. This will be dependant of the time needed at the property to remove all not usefull items and equipments.
NO HIDDEN EXTRA COST! Our quote is completely transparent.

  • What items do you clear?

Our house clearance service covers a wide range of properties such as schools, churches, repossessed houses, flats, offices, commercial or domestic properties plus many other types of properties.
We clear most items and start from top to bottom. We clear fridges, cookers, electronic items, attics, cellars, sheds, garages, carpets, etc. We do not leave a property until it is complete, most clearances are done in a day.

  • Can my unwanted items be donated to charity?

Certainly, all usable unwanted items can be donated and only green waste and genuine rubbish is disposed.Where do you take all the rubbish?

  • Where do you take all the rubbish?

When we finish your house clearance we will take any non reusable items to a registered Waste and Recycling Centre. If there are some usable items such as furniture, electronic items or clothing items then we would usually give these items to charity shops.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash and Bank Transfer.
